32 oz. GLB Brix57 is a proprietary plant extracted fructose and glucose, which is non-gmo plant based and half organic. GLB removes the salts and heavy metals from our products, so it is as clean or cleaner than 100% organics. It is not molasses based (sugarcane or sugar beet) and does not need to be broken down first by microbes to be utilized as a food source. We see higher resin that our molasses-based products.
